A different colored paper for each tech area and the students names are filled in below. When someone needs some help or has a question on, for example, Evernote, they can consult the expert list and see who to ask. This directs questions away from the teacher as well as empowers students by giving them a chance to teach each other.
A building could use something like this in their staff lounge as a way for teacher who want to start using a certain technology can see who in their building is knowledge in that area (SMART Notebook, document camera, iPads, Infinite Campus, Excel, reimaging, etc). Great stuff!

side-sidenote: OneNote is Microsoft's version of Evernote and help on using it can be found here or contact your Instructional Tech Coordinator for more ideas.
